Best Book |
This book without question hands down is the best bodybuilding book I have ever seen. It breaks down what each exercise is, and what muscle groups you use. It also shows you the correct method and form of how to perform the excersise.
There are a lot of books out there, but this one really takes the cake. Plus its cheap too which makes this even a sweeter deal.

Strength Training Anatomy Review |
| As a person who is interested in strength training, and with an emphasis on wanting to accomplish my goals in a correct and systematic way, I found this book to be most informative. The diagrams showing the exact muscle groups that would be effected for each exercise were great. I particularly liked the explanation of each exercise with instruction on how to correctly perform each movement. I found this very useful since I want to not only be successful in my efforts, but I want also to avoid injury that would interrupt these efforts. |

Great Book |
| This book does a great job of describing the different exercises. I think it could do a better job of warning about the possible back injuries associated with some of the exercises, but other than that its a great book. |
